The Senior Corporate Legal Counsel provides high-level legal guidance to the Board on investment contracts, corporate transactions, and regulatory representation.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate high-value corporate contracts and investment agreements
Advise the Executive Committee on statutory and regulatory matters in Mozambique
Coordinate external litigation counsel when necessary
Requirements
Law Degree and registration with the Mozambican Bar Association (OAM)
At least 6 years of experience in corporate law or reputable law firms
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in corporate holdings and cross-border transactions
